Inclusive and welcoming, this class aims to be the perfect place to start or build your yoga journey.
New to yoga? Maybe you’ve done a few classes and want to continue learning the foundations? Or maybe you’re more experienced and want to revisit basic alignment and breath. If so this class will really suit you. We’ll move steadily through the most common yoga postures, giving you time to establish the fundamentals of alignment, breath and awareness and gain confidence to take your practice forward.
Class costs £45 per block of six sessions.
