On Saturday 1st October, we’re fizzy as a fever to announce the return of indie-power-pop paragons RENO & ROME

Reno & Rome ride the line between anthem indie-rock and swaggering 80s pop, flaunting stereo-chopped guitars, driving beats and infectious vocal hooks wrapped up in an energetic and unforgettable live show.

Support comes from Staffordshire-based electro-pop exemplar DARLA JADE (named by BBC Introducing as one of their ‘Big in 2022’ picks), supercharged superstars BLUE SUNDAY, incoming rock idols THE 07s and this year’s Bury Songwriting Competition winner GRACE WELLS. Plus, our special guests will be much-loved Cambridge grunge Gods GOLDBLUME, playing their last ever show.

6-11pm
All ages are welcome. Under-14s must be accompanied by a parent or carer.

There is a fully-licensed bar on the premises. No ID, no alcohol.

We will be respecting and implementing whatever measures are necessary to control the spread of COVID-19 on the day. All measures will meet government guidelines.

THE HUNTER CLUB IS A SAFE SPACE
We take audience safety very seriously at The Hunter Club, and strongly believe that gigs can and should be safe spaces, free from harassment, intimidation, prejudice, bullying and violence. We expect that all artists, venue staff and attendees will respect our values, and we have a zero tolerance policy towards those who do not. Anyone who endangers the enjoyment and safety of others at a Washing Machine night will be ejected and barred. It is unfortunate that in 2022 we still have to say this stuff, but we hope that by doing so we can help to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and able to enjoy themselves.

In 2019 we were awarded the Best Local Music Venue award by the NMG awards,
another local institution celebrating the vibrant local music culture in East Anglia.
