On Saturday 4th June Norwich’s mighty CLOWN SMASH EVERYTHING are bringing their relentless, slab-heavy angular post-punk thrills back to The Hunter Club for a long-overdue headline show. Allying huge hooks with razor-sharp comments on post-millennial life and personal conflict, CSE deliver their unique alt-rock body-blows with vitriol and pitch-black humour.
Support comes from hard-touring, hard-hitting metal mofos BRAZEN BULL, garage-punk anthem-mongers (and heroes of BurySOUND 2022) FUZE, emotional metal maestros FINAL TRANSMISSION and the Hunter Club debut from brand new future rock legends RASCADE.

There is a fully-licensed bar on the premises. No ID, no alcohol.

We take audience safety very seriously at The Hunter Club, and strongly believe that gigs can and should be safe spaces, free from harassment, intimidation, prejudice, bullying and violence. We expect that all artists, venue staff and attendees will respect our values, and we have a zero tolerance policy towards those who do not. Anyone who endangers the enjoyment and safety of others at a Washing Machine night will be ejected and barred. It is unfortunate that in 2022 we still have to say this stuff, but we hope that by doing so we can help to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and able to enjoy themselves.
