October 15, 2022 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Washing Machine proudly presents

BASTARD
A HORSE CALLED WAR
FUZE
SOMA
SEPTIMIUS CROOK

On Saturday 15th October we’re giddier than an ungodly goose to welcome back Norwich’s undisputed lords of raging hardcore loveliness BASTARD to The Hunter Club in Bury St Edmunds. Support comes from four-man magma maelstrom A HORSE CALLED WAR, beautifully-behatted indie-punk potentates FUZE, future heroes of heaviosity SOMA (brilliantly self-described as “like Kulk having a baby with Sonic Youth”) and metal marvels SEPTIMIUS CROOK.

6-11pm
All ages are welcome. Under-14s must be accompanied by a parent or carer.

There is a fully-licensed bar on the premises. No ID, no alcohol.

We will be respecting and implementing whatever measures are necessary to control the spread of COVID-19 on the day. All measures will meet government guidelines.

THE HUNTER CLUB IS A SAFE SPACE
We take audience safety very seriously at The Hunter Club, and strongly believe that gigs can and should be safe spaces, free from harassment, intimidation, prejudice, bullying and violence. We expect that all artists, venue staff and attendees will respect our values, and we have a zero tolerance policy towards those who do not. Anyone who endangers the enjoyment and safety of others at a Washing Machine night will be ejected and barred. It is unfortunate that in 2022 we still have to say this stuff, but we hope that by doing so we can help to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and able to enjoy themselves.

In 2019 we were awarded the Best Local Music Venue award by the NMG awards,
another local institution celebrating the vibrant local music culture in East Anglia.
